Begonia rex Hugh McLauchlan will be able to offer any home, office, window sill, bathroom or other indoor space with a vibrant plant that is full of character. These aspects of the plant make for an attractive piece to include in any indoor plant display or, on its own. The King Begonia, as its more commonly known, will also benefit the room it is placed in through the use of its air-purifying qualities. It will bring these to the fore by removing harmful pollutants and unwanted toxins in favour of a fresh and stress-free atmosphere. Partial shade is best for the plants progression, as well as watering it when the soil is dry to touch. You can continue this once a week until the plants dormant period of Winter, by which point you can reduce the amount to once every two weeks.
