The Calathea Zebrina is an attractive indoor plant that will suit environments such as a window sill, office, conservatory, bathroom or any location which will allow the plant to be exposed to partial shade. The Zebrina has a very classy and elegant overall look and has a great reputation because of that. Its striking foliage also gives it many plaudits due to the sheer brightness of the green shades when put together. The plant appreciates humid environments or places where partial shade is present, so consider this when choosing to situate the plant indoors. Watering the plant is simple – every couple of months, feed the plant two or three times and ensure it receives no direct sunlight – the leaves don’t appreciate that.
