Cotinus Magical Red Fountain

Cotinus Magical Red Fountain is often referred to as the Smoke Bush, due to the wispy nature of its flower plumes. These deep pink flowers begin to appear in July, lasting for months and attracting bees, butterflies and other pollinators to the garden.

Vivid purple-red foliage gives Cotinus Magical Red Fountain an Autumnal glow, even in the Spring and Summer months. However, you’ll know the season is changing when the leaves start to turn a fiery shade of orange as Autumn descends.

This eye-catching shrub provides an attractive colour contrast in mixed beds but also makes quite the statement as a standalone plant. It is undemanding and grows well in most moderately fertile soil types.
