A fast growing, low maintenance dwarf evergreen, the Juniperus ‘Glauca’ is a great choice for those who desire a more compact garden conifer. Its arching branches carry dense, scale-like blue-green foliage year-round which works beautifully as part of a shrub bed, rockery or cascading over a wall or edge. Its low growing habit also means it makes for great groundcover for taller trees or to fill in a site with poorer soil.
Plant in any well-drained soil and keep in full or partial sun. Drought tolerant once established. Survives well in poorer soils. Avoid overwatering and constantly wet soils as this may cause root damage.
