Also known as the English Lavender, Arctic Snow Lavender is a popular small garden plant that is a low-growing and compact evergreen shrub. English Lavender plants produce their own essential oil that has medicinal use in aromatic therapy. Lavender Arctic Snow blooms pure white flower spikes profusely from mid to late summer.
