Rosmarinus Whitewater Silver
Rosmarinus Whitewater Silver
The bright blooms and distinctive aroma of the foliage are staples of the Rosmarinus variety and the ‘Whitewater Silver’ is no exception. This evergreen perennial shrub is low-growing and compact, perfect for patio pots or smaller shrub beds and borders. The foliage is comprised of small, needle-like dark green leaves which produce a strong scent when crushed and are sometimes used in cooking as a seasoning herb. In Spring, small violet-blue flowers appear in small panicles throughout the foliage until the Summer.
Plant in moist, well-drained soils and keep in full or partial sun. Plant is drought tolerant once established but may require some protection from Winter frosts and winds. A sheltered position is advised to reduce the impact.
Please Note: When purchasing plants please consider that each live item is unique and may, therefore, differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. This plant will be supplied in a grower’s pot.
